Just yesterday, at a concert in which my son took part, the conductor introduced a program of eclectic music from different cultures and used this quote “Real life begins out at the edge of your comfort zone”.
Just like parenting, where we hover, bake, stir and fold the edges of this comfort zone, day after day.
Why is creating a comfort zone for your family so uncomfortable at times? Okay. This, Paige, is the premise of my book. Thanks for helping me get here.
